Ensure that attic access door frame is properly fastened on all sides using the standard 16d penny nails or ¼" x 3" lag screws; safety lag screws; Replace bolts to properly secure toilet in half bath on first floor; Water tank: install a thermal expansion tank since it was not observed on the water supply plumbing system during inspection; deck: install lateral bracing (with approved straps or post brackets) to anchor at the top of the wood post on the deck since it is 48 inches or greater from grade; seal off water that is penetrating the floor system near the deck door in the subfloor; remove lint build up to prevent vermin and unnecessary air flow between interior and exterior
