Alert Home Repair is on our "Recommended Vendors List" but I wanted to give you a note for what I consider to be very good service. First, the entire process from getting estimates through work co-ordination went very smoothly and when I had follow-ups (sellers had already moved to AZ), they got answers and responded with whatever was needed.

In the typical hustle between the walk through the evening before and the next day's closing, it was discovered that the front porch railing had become dislodged- who knows who, how, etc. So the next morning when I was trying to get all parties strong positions cooled down and a 10 AM closing looming, I find that Alert Home Repair had already made repairs 8-9 AM without playing any blame game--they just took care of the problem.
